They make it faster and cheaper. If your installer skipped them, we'll tell you what it costs to add them (usually a one-time job) so every future flush is quick.
Yes. $25 inspection plus $200 flush, and that's the invoice. The only optional add-ons are a $25 Noritz filter if yours is clogged (we'll show you the old one first) and a $50 water softener flush while we're there — both are add-ons to the tankless flush, not stand-alone visits.
