Introducing the Flush Club: your tankless, handled every year

Most people don't skip their tankless flush because of the price. They skip it because a year goes by and nobody reminds them. Then the scale builds up, the hot water gets flaky, and when the heat exchanger finally fails the manufacturer asks for proof it was maintained. The Flush Club is built to make sure that never happens to you.

What members get

• Your flush is already on the calendar. Every year we schedule it for you and text you the date. If it doesn't work, reschedule with one reply. If it does, you don't lift a finger.
• Priority scheduling. Members get first pick of appointments, including when something goes wrong. Our diagnostic visits are free for everyone; members go to the front of the line.
• Your warranty file, kept for you. Every flush is logged against your unit's serial number. If you ever need to make a warranty claim, we send the manufacturer a dated service history.
• Your price, locked. Whatever you join at is what you pay for as long as you're a member.
• 5% off add-ons and water treatment. Softener flushes, filter replacements, and softener, whole-home filter or RO installs. On a 48,000-grain softener that's about $100.
• It stays with the house. Selling? The membership transfers to the new owner — a nice line in the listing.

How billing works

$199 a year. Just like any Flush Pros job, you pay after the service — nothing up front. Each year we flush your unit, then bill the $199. Want out? Tell us any time before your next flush date. You never pay for a visit you didn't get.

A one-off flush is $225, so the annual plan already costs less than booking it yourself — and you get everything above on top.
