What to expect from a Flush Pros visit: booking, the flush, and what you walk away with

Booking

Pick a time on our calendar — it shows live availability and takes about a minute. You'll answer a few questions (which unit, whether it's been flushed before, when you moved in) so we arrive ready. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder text. If it's easier, call or text 801-901-3727 and we'll book it for you.

Price: $225 flat — a $25 inspection plus the $200 flush. That's the number; there's no trip charge and nothing gets added on-site.

The visit (about an hour)

1. Inspection. We look at venting, gas and water connections, the inlet filter screen, isolation valves, and any error history on the unit. If the install is missing isolation valves, we'll tell you what it would take to add them.
2. Isolate and connect. We shut the unit's water in and out, open the service ports, and connect a circulation pump and hoses.
3. Circulate the descaler. A professional descaling solution runs through the heat exchanger for roughly 45 minutes. It dissolves the scale layer; it doesn't attack the metal.
4. Rinse and reassemble. Fresh water flush, filter screen cleaned or replaced (Noritz filters are $25 if yours is due), valves back to normal.
5. Verify. We run hot water and confirm flow and temperature are back to spec.

What you get

• A dated service record tied to your unit's serial number. We keep it on file for the life of the unit — up to 25 years — so it's there if you ever need to make a warranty claim.
• A straight answer on anything we noticed: a part that's wearing, a venting concern, scale that suggests a softener would pay for itself.
• Hot water that feels the way it did when the unit was new.

Add-ons if you want them

While we're there: a softener flush ($50) if you have a softener, or a quick look at your water if you're thinking about treatment. If you tick "quote" when you book, we'll size a softener, whole-home filter or RO for your house and send the estimate — no pressure, no follow-up calls unless you want them.

Flush Pros is Noritz PROCard-verified and services Noritz, Bosch, Navien, Rinnai and Rheem across the Wasatch Front. Licensed and insured. If we're not the right fit for a problem — a full replacement, a gas line — we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
